The location of the balneary baths is a picturesque setting of great beauty. The water used in this spa has rich sulfur, chlorine and iodine composition with great healing properties of rumitism illnesses and other external diseases. The founder of the spa was Cont Tolvai Gabor at the beginning of the XIX century. During the course of its history the spa has changed owners, after Word War Two the Romanian State became the owner and the spa flourishing period declined. |
